Stacy Conrad is an accomplished technology executive with more than two decades in sales and channel leadership roles with telecom and cloud service providers and distributors. She plays an active role in the channel community as President of the not-for-profit Alliance of Channel Women (ACW).

In 2018 Stacy took on a new role as Director of Channel Sales – Southeast for TPx, a leading provider of Unified Communications, Managed IT services and Managed Connectivity services. She is charged with growing the company's channel in this new market as part of TPx's nationwide expansion. In the past year, she's developed and grown a sales team to recruit and support channel sales partners in the region.

Most recently, Stacy was Vice President of Channel Sales for cloud communications provider Fusion and Director of Channel Sales for master agency MicroCorp. Previously, she held channel roles for Fusion, Expedite (PGi) and Cable & Wireless.

Stacy is a founding member and President of ACW, a not-for-profit organization of women in the indirect sales channel of the telecom and IT industry. She has been instrumental in driving the organization, including launching ACW's Local Chapters initiative, which includes 19 chapters after only two years.

As Senior Strategy Director and Head of Industry Standards at Syniverse, Pradeep Bhardwaj serves as a senior technology adviser overseeing strategic initiatives to advance the adoption of leading-edge technologies and standards, such as 5G. Mr. Bhardwaj has built a career spanning over 28 years with telcos including some historical moments – India's 1st Public Email service, India's 1st Public Internet service, India's 1st Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) service, one of India's 1st International Digital Exchanges, setting up mobile and international telecom services in Seychelles, a stint in Melbourne Australia designing high-speed data network using constellation of satellites, before settling in the UK. Mr. Bhardwaj's emphasis is on technology strategy, industry standards, and architecture."

Manoj is Partner at Verizon, managing strategic technology alliances in Verizon Business Solutions group. His current focus is Go to Market (GTM) and PreSales Engineering efforts with technology alliances in the areas of Enterprise Video conferencing, 5G Technology applications, Virtual Reality (VR) and Customer Experience (CX) and Collaboration.

As a CSAP certified professional and speaker at Global ASAP Summits, Manoj has focused on ecosystem creations, channel sales strategies and building innovative solution alliances with large and small accompanies in hi-tech sector. Prior to Verizon, Manoj had been active in Partner Business Development at Cisco, GE Energy and other technology firms in driving revenue growth opportunities.

Manoj is currently the President of ASAP-RTP Chapter and active contributor to ASAP Community. He holds an MBA from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, NC and BS (EE) in Electrical Engineering and lives in Cary, NC, USA.

He has held various leadership roles across R&D, sales, operations, and corporate strategy, and gained extensive experience in orchestrating global, complex and cross-functional technology programs, to deliver successful outcomes with leading mobile network operators such as China Mobile, SoftBank, Vodafone, Telefonica, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Telstra, etc., jointly with partners including Cisco, Juniper, Intel, and more.
